Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elfinic.com, operated by Elfinic Commerce Pvt Ltd (India) and Elfinic Commerce LLC (USA). This policy explains the terms for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website or mobile app. 

1. General Policy 

Elfinic allows returns, replacements, and exchanges for eligible products within the 

timelines below, subject to the conditions in this policy. 

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges 

A product is eligible if: 

●It is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete​

 on delivery; 

●It is unused/unwashed, in original condition​

 with all tags and packaging; 

●The request is raised within 7 days of delivery for India and within 10 days for 

international​

 orders. 

Non-returnable categories are listed in Section 8. 

3. Return / Exchange Process 

1.Email returns@elfinic.com

 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. 

2.Attach clear photos/videos​

 of the item and packaging. 

3.Our team will reply within 24–48 hours​

 with next steps. 

4.After approval, we’ll arrange a pickup in India or share a return address for 

international​

 orders. 

Items must be securely packed. Unauthorized returns may be refused. 

 

4. Exchange Policy 

●Exchanges allowed for size/color issues or defects​

 (subject to stock). 

●If unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund​

●Processing starts after the returned item passes QC​

5. Refunds 

After approval and QC: 

●India: Refunds within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit​

●International: 7–10 business days​

 due to cross-border processing. 

●Shipping/handling fees​

 are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrongly shipped. 

6. Return Shipping Costs 

●India: Free reverse pickup in most locations. If pickup isn’t available, ship to our 

warehouse; courier cost may be reimbursed as store credit (limit applies)​

  • International:​ Customer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. 

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item 

Report within 48 hours of delivery to returns@elfinic.com with photos/videos. After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. 

8. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items Unless defective: 

  • Personal care/beauty/grooming 

  • Innerwear, swimwear, lingerie 

  • Food & nutrition items 

  • Customized/personalized products 

  • Gift cards, e-vouchers, digital downloads 

 

9. Cancellation Policy 

  • Cancellable before shipment​ only. 

  • Prepaid cancellations (pre-dispatch) are refunded within 5 business days​

10. Order Not Delivered / Lost in Transit 

Email returns@elfinic.com with your order ID. After courier investigation, we’ll reship or 

refund. 

11. For International Customers 

●Customs/import taxes paid are non-refundable​

●If refused/unclaimed, return shipping and customs penalties​

 will be deducted from the refund.

Replacements may take longer due to customs.
